Valuing What We Accomplish
Sometimes, when we are successful in something, we give ourselves very little credit because we feel it is not a big achievement.
When did you not give yourself enough credit?
What is an example of when you have given yourself enough credit for your own successes in life?

When did you not give yourself enough credit?
Mostly for everything i've ever done haha. The past few years, I've left a terrible job, left a terrible relationship, started therapy, started writing again, started making art. Somehow I always end up looking past that and think that i should be doing more, no matter what I achieve.

I suppose i gave myself due credit for graduating college. That was pretty structured and not something i could overlook easily. Plus i have a shiny diploma to prove it haha.
@soulsings
When did you not give yourself enough credit? When I was much younger I never saw anything what I did as really good despite compliments I got. It is easier for me to see other people's achievements than my own ones but some time ago I started to reflect on where I came from and where I am now.
What is an example of when you have given yourself enough credit for your own successes in life? I gave myself credit for overcoming an illness and I'm very grateful for it.
