It is often found that people will go to great lengths to feel happier and sometimes searching for happiness can often feel a little bit of a daunting task. I thought we could all share something simple or perhaps even something more meaningful that makes us happier?
I'll start, for me it's little acts of kindness either giving or receiving them as they make me so happy. Studies have shown that acts of altruism can really increase happiness. What about you?

Things that make me happy vary a lot, it could talking with my friends for hours on end, music, new episodes of my favorite shows, writing, etc. but the thing that used to make me most happy was making art but sadly I’ve grown anxious every time im about to draw, so im trying to find my love for art once again
@Glassofwarmwater glad you have joy. Sorry for your anxiety about art. I start out with coloring and try not to judge my work. I try to enter it with the mind of a child.
Surfing and being outside makes me happier. I like being in sun and water and just outside anywhere makes me happier then being inside
@theboymoana wow nice outside is great. You must live in a warm environment.
@soulsings not anymore, I move last month and it is cold here. I still get to surf and go outside just now need wear coats and warm hats outside and wetsuit in ocean now. Used to live where is always warm, I miss it!

I’ve been having health issues for the last 19 months, so it’s been difficult finding anything to make me happy. Some days just getting out of bed is an achievement. On really good days I can manage to go outside for a walk.
I found a brother years ago from working a small job. Ive sort of estranged myself from my actually family. Spending time with his kids and their family, for some reason all the kids gravitate towards me. As much as I expected to hate it. Every time i dive in im so distracted with them Im almost the perfect version of me. I think its my closest to happy.
