What would you tell a friend in a similar scenario
Hello Everyone ❤️!
Today’s post is about helping someone who is in a tough scenario.
“I feel like my friend is trying to avoid me. Every time I call or ask to hangout, she always claims that she’s busy and one time I saw here with other friends. What should I do?”
I look forward to seeing your responses 😊

My response: “I am sorry you are feeling this way. I can imagine how tough this must be for you, especially since she is your best friend. Have you tried talking to your friend about it?”

My response would be:
My heart goes out to you. It hurts when someone you love dies especially if it happens suddenly in a car accident and no time was given to get prepared. I can't even imagine what you've been through having been right there at the spot. Often when people survive they suffer from what is called the survivor's guilt and it can be hard to cope with. Something that can be very helpful in dealing with your thoughts can be writing them down somewhere, maybe in your private journal, or just on a piece of paper. You can burn it later if you want, but get it out of you. Sometimes, though, the best help is to talk to a someone who can give professional help with the traumatic event.

"I can imagine that it hurts seeing her with others whilst she told you that she's busy. There could be different reasons for it, maybe she had to discuss something important with them but also sometimes people need space and it can help to wait for a while and see if she will contact you."
