Today hasn't been too bad. I flipped my mattress and changed my sheets and comforter. I went to the doctor for my physical, and I knew if I hadn't eaten anything they could run my bloodwork today too so I didn't eat anything before going. I read part of a book I have to write a review of while I was waiting for the doctor and the lab tech. Now I'm just home and I've got to get to work on homework assignments because out of the 37 I started the week with, I have 27 left. 8 are due today, and the rest are due Sunday. I'm still in chapter one though, so I'll probably just look over some reviews I find online until I figure out enough information to create my own review, which is what I've realistically been doing for all of my writing assignments this year and I really need to figure out a way to better stay on top of readings for next year cuz this is a little rough cheeky

@AutumnLeigh

Thank you!! Homework's been a struggle! Mostly in the one class where there's no real structure cuz I have a really hard time remembering what all is due and when 😬

@AutumnLeigh

Me too! I have everything written on my dry erase calendar on my fridge, and in the planner I keep in my purse, and on my desk calendar at work, and each week I write out what I have to do and keep that on my desk at home. And I still manage to miss things! That class with no structure is killing me though, and if I can't keep it at least at a C- it's gonna kill my GPA which could lose me grant money for next school year frown

@BeeLeigh

Aww no! I know how important the GPA is! I remember arguing with a pottery Professor about my grade there. Like, it's an art thing and if I just don't get it after trying my best a whole semester, should I lose my GPA for not being an art genius? I'm so happy you're keeping notes though. That's one thing I just started to do- make a notebook, use sticky notes and a journal. Otherwise I'd be completely lost! I wish you the best! heart

@AutumnLeigh

Yeah, I have music appreciation and I suck at it, but it's so heavily weighted I don't even know how to look at what's left and decide what I could leave out so I've been really good about doing everything. This history class I'm in has no structure at all and nothing's weighted so I've been triaging the assignments because by the time I realize I was supposed to do something it's too late so as long as it stays in the C range I'm good, otherwise I could lose grant money and I really can't afford to lose any money cuz I just found out the summer class I have to take is nearly $1000 🤦🏼‍♀️

@BeeLeigh

I was SO bad at history! And that was 23 years ago! I still wonder if people have to have longer classes because there are over 20 years more history than when I was in school :P

@AutumnLeigh

Well, my school has it broken down by topic. I'm in "Cultural Development of the United States Since 1865". It has been rather unpleasant lol
