Thank you for your comment about my poem. I guess writing the poem was a catharsis of sorts.
Writing helped improve my awareness of the range and depth of my feelings, I am learning to accept my feelings but also to take responsibility for my healing, through scripture, pray, mindfulness, exercise etc.

Lazy days are sometimes necessary!! Take that precious time of doing nothing and love the crap out of it cuz it might be a while before you get a break like that again lol! Also, I love the picture!! 😁💜

I know my week has been difficult but I am looking forward to this weekend. I am home visiting my family. We have other family coming from out of town and everyone is coming together Sunday for Easter. It will be nice because many of us live far apart and only see each other on special occasions. Many years I have to work holidays so I am happy.

today was awesome. Spent the whole day outside with my friend and enjoyed the sun :)
i am not really excited for the weekend - my family hasnt planned anything so it ll be just like a normal weekend (but with looots of food 
)

It's been a difficult week. This weekend I am doing an Easter egg hunt for my daughter before she goes to her dad's. That should be fun. Then the rest of the day I'll be by myself.

Today was great! I am in disbelief how many ok and even good days Ive had! While I know hard days will come again, good ones will come again too! I remember just losing hope and getting worse and worse for too long. I am happy to be alive and trying to make the best of it even if Im not completely where I want to be. I want to focus my energy on the one person I know I can count on besides myself; less time being sad about those whom I care about but choose not to talk to me. I watched a really emotional animea and listening to some music so which is bringing up alot of memories and emotions, just letting them come and realizing they are there and am ok with them, not letting myself get to down. So proud of all you strong people!
