1. Is there anything upsetting you or bothering you today?

Yes. I feel stressed and upset. My depression is really bad today

2. How into self-improvement are you?

I do my best

3. Are you more productive at night or in the morning? Do you think it's possible to change and get used to another schedule?

Hard to say. I guess both. For a schedule change, i would need a couple days to get used to it

@AlexFox800 Hi there my friend. I'm sorry to hear that your depression was really bad. When my depression gets really bad, I feel stressed and upset too so I hope you feel better soon. That is really good that you do your best at self-improvement. That's all we can really do, I think! I think I can be productive both in the morning and at night too. Thank you for checking in with me and I hope you have a lovely night.

3. Are you more productive at night or in the morning? Do you think it's possible to change and get used to another schedule?

It may vary from one person to another I think

@GhostlyLilian Hi there my friend. Anxiety usually gets me every day too but I'm really glad to hear that it's getting better for you day by day. Finding positive ways to manage my anxiety have been extremely helpful. I think that's a good idea for you to get to that mess in your room! Self-improvement is also something that I am very into. I think improvement never ends. Thank you for checking in with me and have a lovely night.

1. I'm not well at all. Tired of so much.

2. I like the idea and was doing alright with it until a massive schedule change. Feels like back at square 1

3. Late at night usually or early morning if I have motivation, real or self imposed deadlines & caffeine. Yes but takes me a long time to adjust t. I wasn't even completely adjusted to my new spring schedule before this disruption

@Lexloveslife Hi there my friend. It makes me sad to know that you are not doing well right now. I know that feeling of being tired of it all and I sure hope you feel better soon. So the schedule change is making it harder for you to do your self-improvement? Do you know if you will be able to get back to some sort of a schedule soon? I feel really motivated early in the morning too! Thank you for sharing this with me and I hope you have a lovely night.

@PeppermintStar0912

Maybe. It's hard to have a schedule without some kind of external fixed events to keep it in place. I need something other than myself controlling my schedule. Thanks.

@PeppermintStar0912

Someone has been pressuring me a lot to do something that I can't do. I asked them to stop and am really upset by that for some reason. They acted like I was being crazy but agreed to stop. I am trying to calm down.

I am trying to engage in therapy and therapeutic activities a lot more and not ignore my problems.

I am more productive at night, but with the time change, I suddenly want to get up earlier, but I am not very productive early.

@plumRaspberries7829 Hi there my friend. I'm sorry to hear about what you are going through right now- I don't think anyone has the right to pressure others to do something they don't want to do- I'm glad they agreed to stop and I hope that you feel more calm now. That is really good that you are not trying to ignore your problems. I engage in therapeutic activities too and they are really helpful. Thank you for checking in with me and I hope you have a lovely night.

@Goldcherry2113 Hi there my friend. I'm sorry to hear about what your work is doing to you. That is really unfortunate that they are purposefully trying to hurt you and I hope everything gets worked out soon for you. Wow- That is wonderful that you joined a Reiki group! How is that going for you? I feel like I'm a morning bird too! Thank you for checking in with me and I hope you have a lovely night!

1. Is there anything upsetting you or bothering you today?

Kind of. I'm coaching an 8-10 basketball team and we had our first playoffs game today and lost by 1. Some circumstances we couldn't really control, including a few bad calls by the refs. I tried to speak up for our team as much as I could but I had to set an example for those kids and show them that blaming refs and being disrespectful to the other team is not the way to go. Losing by one hadn't been easy, but on top of that, somebody's parent came over to me and decided to blame me for it. She said her son's team lost just because our team had a "stupid, clueless 17-year old coaching who has no idea what he's doing." I tried to explain that I actually do know what I'm doing, that I did the best I could, and showed her all my notes and diagrams and all the plays I came up with to show her I put in time and effort into planning our strategy, but things like that just happen. I held it together enough to get out of there without causing a scene but I'm still upset and frustrated that a parent would blame me for this just because I'm 17. I'm running an entire program while in high school and it actually works... I thought I'd get a little more credit.

2. How into self-improvement are you?

I always try to make myself better every day, whether it's anger management, organization, basketball, math, whatever it might be - I try to improve at something every day.

3. Are you more productive at night or in the morning? Do you think it's possible to change and get used to another schedule?

Definitely at night! I think it's definitely possible, just not easy.

@Emirson2018 Hi there my friend! I'm sorry about the parent who came up to you and blamed you for losing the game- I just have to tell you that you handled the situation with such elegance and grace though. You were very mature during a situation that most people would've lost their heads in. It wasn't right of that parent to blame you because you do know what you are doing and you are putting the time and effort into teaching these kids. Pay no mind to parents that behave like that- They are incredibly immature and find ways to blame things on everyone else. I love that you try to improve at something every day. Good job! You are right on that- I don't think it is very easy to get used to another sleep schedule. I mean it's not impossible but it's not fun either. Thank you for checking in with me and I hope you have a lovely night!

1. Is there anything upsetting you or bothering you today?
Yes, I'm losing some of my memory now and again due to stress and it happened again yesterday. I wanted to work through some really important issues but I can't even remember what it was. This is also causing some dissociation this morning, which I can't afford because I've got to babysit today for my sister who needs to recover from her recent surgery.

2. How into self-improvement are you?
I'm really into self-improvement. But it's been really difficult the past few months because of the above mentioned memory problems. I can't really work on myself if I can't access certain thoughts and experiences.

3. Are you more productive at night or in the morning? Do you think it's possible to change and get used to another schedule?
I do more chores in the morning but I'm better at self care at night. At the moment that's mostly because I'm busy, but even if I'm not, I just like working hard in the morning and having some me time in the evening. I could get used to switching the two around, but I think I'd still prefer it this way.

@Soe22 Hi there my friend. I'm really sorry to hear that you are losing some of your memory. That has to be really scary and frustrating for you. I hope everything went okay and you were able to babysit for your sister. Did the memory problems just start for you? I think that is really wonderful that you are into self-improvement and I like the routine you have of chores in the morning and self-care at night. Thank you for sharing this with me and I hope you have a lovely night.

@PeppermintStar0912 Yes it is a bit scary sometimes when that happens, and always quite frustrating. But I did manage to babysit my nephew a bit and me and my mother went on a long walk with him. And no, this has been going on for a few years now, but I only learned to notice it happening quite recently. I'm very glad I could share, so thank you too for this check-in, I appreaciate your work a lot.

@Soe22 Thank you for sharing this with me. Losing your memory is by far one of the worst things that can happen, at least that's what I think personally. I'm sorry this has been happening to you for so long. I'm glad you can share your story here with us and I hope you are getting the support you deserve. Have a beautiful day ahead my friend!
