Good Morning Alle and Welcome to a new day. 
It is still dark out. Quiet. Snow is softly falling on our fields. The cattle a few farms over have quieted down after a long night of lowing. Our horse rests, the bunnies rest, the cats and dogs rest, and the chickens rest. It's easy like a sunday morning over here. When I didn't actually live here I did so in my heart and found my peace.
What do you hold onto to find your peace? Do you have a secret spot that only you know? Some object you carry to keep you and your heart grounded? Feel free to share if you will.

I've had a hard time finding peace today. Anxiety overtook me the majority of it. I don't know why, exactly, or whether it was even trauma-related. 
@singercrystalspirit Hugs Singer. Chill an breathe. Think on it later when calm an relaxed. Remember, an episode is just an episode. Moments in time, not alle of the time. Don't let a moment rule you.
