@Raveninthelabrynth good morning I actually made some scones this morning from a bit of an improvised recipe - they usually come out lovely (in my opinion... the family hates them!) though somehow even though I always do them the same, the result is always different 
So that would be something along the lines of... 10tbsp rice flour, pinch of salt, 2tbsp ground almonds, 1tsp baking powder, 2tbsp coconut oil, a nice dollop of rice syrup (all crumbled up together into crumbly crumbs), 4tbsp raisins, and 4tbsp almond milk. Best served straight out the oven (no luck toasting these, they'll just fall apart and you'll be left with less appetising, charred crumbles) with fresh raspberries and a nice cuppa

aaa sorry for not posting for awhile! i, uh, took a bad tumble and got pretty banged up so typing has been kind of difficult haha. i haven't been sleeping well the past couple nights and it's been catching up to me. i feel really foggy and exhausted. my body in general has been acting up in general today, minus my injuries.
i saw my therapist a few days ago, and she mentioned something about mindful eating? I havent been able to journal since the fall and it really sucks because it was helping a lot. mentally i've been down, but it's probably more related to my injuries and being unable to really do anything. sigh.
@Moonberrycat Hej Moon sorry about your tumble, me and stairs know each other intimately. I feel you on it alle.
Mindful eating is very interesting. Payint attention to every aspect of alle done is an incredible meditation. tastes, smells, textures, consistancy's and temperatures, oh the amazing wonders we overlook. Enjoy
