Traumatic Experiences Community Daily Check-in Thursday 27th of September, 2018
🌟 Hello, everyone! 🌟
It's me, H, happy to have the opportunity to be back with you all again! I had a check-in idea I thought might be fun! The Head, Heart, Feet, Spirit exercise:
Head: What I have learned today?
Heart: How do I feel about today?
Feet: What will I do with what Ive learned today?
Spirit: Who or what did I connect with today?

I look forward to reading your answers or just hearing how youre doing today!
@Heather225
This is a cool idea
Head:
I learned that I do have some forgiveness in me for people I thought I could never forgive and that those people despite what they've done do have some good parts
And that I love a lot of people that are two sided 1 is a really good person the other is to be feared
My ex just doesn't get it even more than I knew he didn't get it. It being everything what he did why I left him and brings up a lot of pain when I see his face like a child either acting or honestly oblivious to it all
Its a shame.
Heart:
I feel so tired
Feet: idk
Spirit:
People my mom people here and not here a lot of feelings and events and places
@wittySpruce8187 - It can be tough realizing that so many people do have both sides - that good one that draws you towards them and makes you love them and another side that can be mean or scary. I think it shows a really strong character on your part that you can forgive and that you can still see good in those people, but I hope that even while doing that that you are able to take steps to make sure you're okay, too. Forgiveness is good, but doesn't have to be the same as accepting bad from people.
You said you weren't sure what to do with what you learned today - having had some time to reflect, does it feel like you have any more thoughts on it, or still feeling a bit unsure of where to go from here?
Head: What I have learned today? I learn it's a major trigger for people to try to fix my problem when I already have a plan.
Heart: How do I feel about today? Productuve until someone pulled my trigger
Feet: What will I do with what Ive learned today? Im trying to walk away
Spirit: Who or what did I connect with today? My writing i connected with
