Good morning everyone!

Anxiety can be hard to deal with. Have you struggled to overcome an anxiety disorder?

Try being active: Jog, walk, bike, or dance three to five times a week for 30 minutes.
Set small daily goals and aim for daily consistency rather than perfect workouts. It's better to walk every day for 15-20 minutes than to wait until the weekend for a three-hour fitness marathon. Lots of scientific data suggests that frequency is most important.
Find forms of exercise that are fun or enjoyable. Extroverted people often like classes and group activities. People who are more introverted often prefer solo pursuits.
Distract yourself with a personal device to listen to audiobooks, podcasts, or music. Many people find its more fun to exercise while listening to something they enjoy.
Control your breathing. (Yes. I know youve heard it all before, but stay with me.)
When your breathing is under control, the physical symptoms that are associated with shallow rapid breathing, an oversupply of oxygen and increased heart rate, will reverse. There are a few ways to do this:
Sit quietly.
Breathe in through your nose to the count of three, ‘In, two, three.
Breathe out through your nose to the count of three, ‘Relax, two, three.
Repeat until your breathing is under control.
Make yourself aware of your breathing.
Put one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach.
Breathe in so that your stomach rises.
Hold your breath briefly.
Breathe out slowly, thinking ‘relax and feeling your stomach fall.
Try to make sure that the hand on your chest doesnt move very much.
Repeat 5 to 10 times, concentrating on breathing deeply and slowly.
Practice in advance – even on the good days – so youll have it when you need it.
Try to slow your breathing down
Do this by taking a short pause between when you breathe out and when you breathe in.

1.What are ways you cope with anxiety?

2. Have you been able to calm yourself?

3. Explain something that gives you anxiety and how you cope with it?

I feel like Im denying I have any mental ilness cause all these look like it will never go away so i just wantto wake up and see it leaving..

Anxiety is one more of those that I fight with.. 2 days ago I didnt sleep bc of being so anxious bc of having my heart racing.. How do i cope? Idk it happens to just breath and it happens to just let it go and distract myself..

Everyday Im going throught the same stuff, everyday I'm desperate to stop everything.. I'm trying to put myself back on the present on,the moment but its always so lost.

You sound very tired of your anxiety. Which I for one can understand fully. Have you ever tried Headspace meditations? Or there are meditation on 7 cups. :) They both work awesome. They helped me a lot with my anxiety issues.
