Hi. I'm one who struggles to get words out or ask for help. I really like the color codes. I feel like I'm somewhere between yellow and violet almost every day. It's exhausting. I'm exhausted.

I'm glad you checked back in with us, though I'm sorry it's not on a better note for you. I'm happy you reached out in the struggle. I have a bad habit of retreating sometimes that I'm trying to break. Keep treading. That's more than good enough.

I have the same "bad habit" of retreating. Very hard not to when I feel like my existence is intolerable to others. 😔

That does sound exhausting, between the yellow not doing well currently and the purple feeling down for some time. Especially when we can't always pinpoint why we've been feeling that way. It definitely zaps us of our energy when we're dealing with those layers at the same time.
Are there things that tend to help you feel comforted when you're feeling out of energy?

I hear you. I've been fluctuating between these colors too. I always feel a little weighted down by things i can't always identify, even when I'm having an ok day. I think when things turn purple-ish it's exactly the right moment to give ourselves compassion in some way... a comforting word or affirmation, a break to do something fun, a focus on basic self-care items... whatever feels right for you at the time.

I've been yellow for a long while. Today in particular, I'm thankfully green, taken my partner came over for a few days. We'll see where it turns over the weekend.
