Cuddle. I have a pink plush blanket I call the blanket of truth and my cat can't resist snuggling when I have it.

It's a spread, yeast extract, nice on hot buttered toast i like bovril, a beef extract also nice on buttered toast.
@Kate It is really nice and is my sick/sad food. It will always make me feel better. Kind of like Vegmite but completely different, I have seen YouTube videos of people from the USA and Japan trying it, they do not like it at all but it is worth a try *hugs*
@AmalieAnne I'm in the US and have never tried either! Maybe I should go find some and report back...

@Avaray I think if you taste a Marmite pizza it would change your mind. Although that is dinner or so you can still have toast with tea

Thanks for my tea and toast, i just don't know if i can get this old brain to change my vision of my pizza to including marmite... But one can never say never .maybe i will have a brave moment and decide to live on the wild side and give it a try 😉
