It may be confusing for you to see me here today, doing the check in. After talking to @Kate about the trauma family and stuff i just felt the need to really see you all again and help you all out like you helped me.
Its already Wednesday and half of the week is already done!
And its slowly beginning to really look like autumm outside where i live! i personally love the season with halloween and the weather.

hello hope its nice to meet you im hope too.... how are you?? my favorite season is fall ... things that made me smile recently was little kids and the lack of sleep ... i ignored sleeping last night so i am kinda out of it plus i have ate 100 cals today and didnt drink anything... i feel pretty bad but i kinda wanna die so i decided on this... i didnt sleep last night because of not being tired my meds usually make me tired its a sedative. it didnt work last night and i stayed up im over 24 hours of being up non stop ... i just dont know how to feel at this point...

I'm worried about you and want to make sure you're safe today. Trying to drink some water and maybe eat something small would be good if you can. Please keep staying strong.

I'm okay all I love that you all care more than most people . . I feel like my heart is skipping beats I told my mom I wanna go to the hospital I feel awful
... I can literally see my heart pulse through my hands

My favourite season has to be spring, I hate winter and spring provides me with lots of gardening and some sunshine :) always lifts my spirits :D :).
Something that made me smile? My chiropractor offered me a sticker today after the session and I got to choose a unicorn one :D I was super happy! I hope can get the dinosaur one next time <3 :D.
My days been kinda stressful. These chiropractor appointments are quite a while from where I live and I have to ask my parents to take me to & from. This has meant I am working from their house at the moment. I just can't work. My dads quit his job so hes in the house all day. Its just like my whole life growing up. I just can't cope. Its been flashback central and currently I am hiding in my sisters room (my old room) because I know the door has a lock on it. I know nothing will likely happen, but its bought too many memories back. Needless to say I haven't done any work today. This place has no reliable public transport, is an hours walk away from anywhere with decient transport and doesn't even have any cafes. It does have pubs which I may end up resorting to. Feeling so trapped.
@Lilibuth12 It sounds like things have been incredibly stressful and painful for you lately. Is the weather still nice enough to get outside and sit in the garden even if you can't plant anything right now?

Thanks for the reply :) Yer I've been a bit all over the place recently. Thank you for those dino's :D they are so adorable :3 <3 I can't wait for my next sticker, even though I don't like chiro very much ahahha.

Thanks for your response :) I think I am aiming for a weekend with no parents at all ahahha. Just myself and The Witcher :3 playing lots of games and relaxing :) Maybe paint my nails as well hehe.

I like autumn because I like seeing the leaves change color and I can wear hoodies n long sleeves to cover up.
Today I'm kinda sad because the PHP was not a good fit and they released me from their program. I'm confused as to what to do now. 🙁
@affectionateNorth4018 I'm so sorry to hear that they released you! Are there options to get placed in a different program?

Not really. I'm living in the middle of nowhere. That program was the closest and it was 65 miles one way to get there. So here I go again, stuck in the reality my life has become.

tried the chat room yesterday and I was just lost and it made my head spin trying to figure out how to get in the conversation. moves to fast and I am to slow. But I tried.

I was in both depression rooms n it is NOT a friendly place most of the time. We need a separate trauma chat room with password access only

My favorite season is fall. Halloween is in the fall and for 1 day I can be whatever I want and nobody can say anything about it.
I don't smile much these days. There are things, and it's messed with my head and I'm in a pretty dark place today.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays as well! Hopefully we can come up with some fun events here in the community.
