@jr50 Good on you jr, Appreciate those moments for what they are and dont lose sight of them when things feel a little more rocky. Positive self talk can certainly help enormously and despte all you have to deal with you continue to reach onwards and upwards :)

@dancingRainbow45. So much for quiet and peaceful, but I didn't panic, and turns out, I made the right decision, wow, that made my day, my decision making skills haven't been up to snuff lately so I gained a bit of self confidence, I am having an insomnia night, and husband is snoring, which is really ruining my thoughts of much sleep

@dancingRainbow45 Love the post <3 Sorry I have been out too so couldn't do the check-in <3

Day was super productive, had no time to rest! Got a lot done! The thing I am the most proud of is that I chopped, dried and froze a lot of veggies for future use :D

I know this is yesterday's post, but I left early enough today to go to Starbucks and still get to work early and that's exciting cuz I'm late to work every single day (with a few exceptions lol) 😁

@dancingRainbow45

I enjoyed your post very much. While I myself are not going through anything tumultuous, my husband does. Everyday. He is a verteran and suffers greatly from PTSD. It can be hard for him to face everyday challenegs. I like to come here for support and seek advice of how I can help. ♥

@happyevie3 Hi Evie, welcome to our community :) Im sorry to hear about your husbands PTSD. It can be very hard on partners, family and friends of someone with PTSD and though the impact of trauma primarily affects the person themselves who has suffered the traumatic experiences, ptsd does take its toll to on relationships around that person. In our thread called other traumatic experiences, we have some posts about combat trauma, how relatives can help etc. Just go to the trauma forums, and look for the forum thread other traumatic experiences and you will find it listed under there if you would like to take a look. its good to have you here and I hope you are able to find some support for yourself :)
