Hello all, welcome to my very first Check-in. Being new to the Trauma Support Team, I figured Id just re-introduce myself today for those I have not met yet. So...

Hi I'm Raven, It's nice to meet, and see you all today. I suppose for most details you could simply read my bio, which I am happy to answer any questions about. The basics would be that I am a Transgendered woman, my pronouns are female (she/her) just like any other girl. I am a Veteran, an Herbalist (with a cool laboratory), a musician, a refugee, a Rancher with animals, and a total Lunachick on an atv to say a few things. I have been working Trauma Support in one capacity or another for decades and found myself here in 7cups this last January. I have met and chatted with many of you here in this time, as well since I began "Shadowing" here in mid September, to become part of the Trauma Support Team and I look forward to getting to know everyone else. I'm generally an easy going and quite normal person to chat with, feel free to post me and say hi.

Ok, enough about me for now, How is everyone today? Any goals for the week? Got some plans? As someone once asked me, "What it is, what it was, whats happening?" lol I like that. Step right up folks, don't be shy. This is a safe space, and it belongs to all of you.
