Diffrence between forgiving and letting go..( choose what works for you)..

letting go is when you just...let go. you let go of that person, you let go of what they did to you...and you move on.

forgiving...it's when you accept what someone has done, and are at peace with what they've done, and move on.
you're able to do this independent of whether someone feels remorse for what they've done to you or not.
(however, if someone does feel remorse, it helps a lot).

most people who mistreat you or abuse you are usually unworthy of forgiveness, because they don't realize or care that they've hurt you.

I never forgive my enemies ...I choose to let go of them back into the wind ..

@funnyStrawberries5996 - I like that distinction - I think you're right that forgiving and letting go are two different things, but both can be really personally healing.
