Divorcing my husband and he now claims I have BPD

TW: psychological abuse.

I have 2 small children with my husband.

I initiated divorce after 9 years of mental and emotional abuse and overall cruel/ unkind behavior. (1 year ago).

We tried couples counseling but it failed, because as I learned, abuse as the problem is not recommended for couples counseling.

I learned the hard way, everything we learned, he weaponized further.

Anyhow, he wants full custody of the kids , they live with me. And I've been covering all expenses last 4 years alone.

Mediation is coming up in 4 weeks, and he has said he will take me to court if I don't be agree to give him full custody with me alimony and child support.

Yep.

His "winning" strategy? Brand new claim of me having borderline personality disorder, without any explanation why.

I've gone to a psychiatrist and counselor recently for evaluation, validation, etc: and the doctor wrote in the report " pt does not present any symptoms that warrant diagnostic testing (for any personality disorder).

This now feels like, offensive gaslighting and manipulative that just leaves this foul taste in my mouth, wondering how a person could want to inflict such harm and be so hateful to someone they claimed to love.
