Most of my loved ones think I’m exaggerating but I found a few people who believe me when I say that I am 37 and after some intensive trauma therapy I finally remember the decade of CSA I was subjected to by some very dark individuals as an infant and child.
i am someplace safe but the person helping me is also a CSA survivor and he is triggered and tired and I need to let him stop helping me. I can’t get my *** together to get to a rape crisis center for a few more days. Is anyone open and able to safely hold space to chat with me some?

IDK what CSA mean but if you want to share, there is the sharing circle. You might be able to find a listener there if they are around or you can get one through the system.
@Mdreaming101 CSA stands for childhood s*xual abuse. It might not be the best for sharing in the sharing circle.

I hope you find a listener, see a therapist, or go to the center you planned.
