Just realized I was abused

My dad only had me a handful of times a year and I only recently told my mom. He would only give me one meal a day usually just whatever like food he hadn't finished. He would take me to parties where he would get drunk. Who knows what would have happened if his best friends didn't watch me. He would hit me and call it a game. It's not a game if you're covered in bruises. None of it was s*xual with me but he touched my step sister. There was more but this is all I can handle sharing right now.
