Resources and support for survivors of abuse

Hello all.

I am hoping someone can point me in the direction of an expert to talk to about the incredibly difficult scenario of separated co parenting with a parent who has paranoid delusions. [Edited by @QuietMagic]

He believes that he has been a "targeted individual" in the government's secret "gangstalkers" operation, being survielled by mercenary spies since he was 6 years old. That there is a massive psyop involving high power technology against 50% of the population. He believes he is a spiritual prince from a superior galaxy and that they know but that other members of his species will eventually save him and the planet.

I've already tried asking all around the mental health community in my area here in Maine. If anyone else here has similar challenges that could point me to a professional or organization that has experience with this, is be very grateful.
