Speaking out
A few days ago I made the courageous decision to speak out about a huge incident that happened in high school. I was sexually exposed to over 1,000 people (adults and minors) because two students at my school thought it would be funny. The school completely brushed it under the rug because of the popular people it could affect.(I went to a small school). The school didn’t even call my parents to talk to them, they did absolutely nothing on my part to figure out what happened. It’s been 11 years and I went public with it on Facebook just giving a brief over view so it wasn’t lengthy. The post that I made didn’t get the attention I hoped for and now I’m feeling very discouraged by coming out. The story didn’t get blown up like I thought it would and all it did was draw more hate towards me. I feel like people read what I wrote and said aww she just wants a pitty party today instead of oh wow I can’t believe the school staff did nothing maybe these people shouldn’t work with kids. Anyway a boost of confidence would be nice to have today I just don’t know how to calm down the thoughts in my mind, my soul is hurting too bad to keep feeling this way 😔
@RansviewTheWizard It takes some strength to share your story like that. I'm sorry you don't feel supported, especially when (as you pointed out) the administration could also be hurting other people. If you want to talk, 7Cups is here <3

Your Life is all about u angel....nothing that happened to you was your fault...u must have heard about the phrase angels on earth....ur just like one of these pretty little angles.......life might have been a daydream for you...but sharing such incidents this open needs being boldness...that you surely are....if you are this bold why do you want someone else to bring colorful changes in your life when all they do is making it black and white...u have such an awesome soul....I don't what kind of outfits you wear but darling I can surely sense u have a coat of confidence and bravery always on you...so stop worrying is way too much to say...but start learning is something you need to do....don't let others use ur transparency as a weapon you are just the sugar in ur coffee...don't make it all bitter sweetheart 😘
