Trauma support
Well, my boyfriend was arrested for three weeks, and just returned home this week. We have a strained relationship, but we do love each other so much. In the past, before he was arrested, we would have fights that became violent and physical. I was so excited and happy he was coming back home, but I also at the same time felt scared and sad that the simple predictable routine I had when we was in jail for three weeks is ending, and our unpredictable relationship came right back. We had a fight his second day home, that ended with him calling me in to be 51/50. I was released this morning, and I'm trying to get into intensive outpatient group meetings, and find a therapist to speak to weekly. I am doing this because I love my boyfriend, we deserve to feel safe around each other, and I need to do the work to make sure I am safe to be around. I am doing this so I can try to treat my suicidal ideation, and self harm, and co-dependency.

You should be proud of yourself for putting so much effort into it.
