My favorite way to self care is to play a card game with my family or a family member. And a fast game such as Speed or Dutch Blitz or something like that.

Allowing myself to make mistakes and know that they can allow me to grow and not hinder me

@Kate Just doing nothing. Letting it all be and go. Nature has a way to sort things out by herself. It's not always easy to step out of my mind and let things be, but I do notice that when things get too much, the best self-care is to let it all be, relax and let my mind and body settle into peace.

@Kate writing down my thoughts and feelings, making artworks, treating myself something sweet, doing extra steps for my skincare, or sometimes--exercise lightly.

Music on high, sitting outside and watching the sky, preferably at night, but day time is good too. I also like to do a mini spa day at home. Nails, dye my hair, face mask.
