What is one thing you are grateful for today?

I'm grateful to know that my parents are alive and well. My mother's out of town, without me, and I hadn't realized how much I am without her — how lost I am without her.

Im grateful for my cat. Im grateful I have shelter, a job, and people who care about me and want me to do well. Im grateful that I have certain abilities that can be seen as valuable. Im grateful that I have resources available to me such as variety/choice in food, education, relationships, physical health, mental health, and can work on getting better at those things too. Im grateful I can be somewhat independent in my life, such as in terms of transportation. Im grateful to find this app when I needed it the most. Im grateful for this community. Im grateful that I have a comfortable bed to sleep on.
