Any advice for how to control the sound of my voice
I'm very bad at controlling my voice and I really want to because nobody irl knows we're a system and everyone else is good at making their voices sound very similar but I just can't and I feel like someone will notice and I really don't want people to find out

Hello, it depends on what you are wanting to change about your voice. As a vocalist I can tell you practice is probably going to be your best bet. However I do not know that much about that aspect of DID, but my guess would still be practice. So if you are able to, find a safe place and just practice doing different things with your voice and see how that goes and if it helps.

It can be very confusing when you arent very familiar with your system yet, and when communication between parts/alters is non existing or difficult. What might help getting to know the voices, is writing a note for them, with an introduction.
