DID/OSDD Group Chat - Monday 24, 7 pm ET
Hello everybody!
A DID/OSDD support chat for Adults will take place Monday 24 of April at 7 pm EDT, in the Trauma Support Room. It will be hosted by HealingTalk (me 😀).
We expect the participants to propose the topics for discussion, posting them here (answer this post with your ideas), and during the session.
The purpose of this group chat is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for people with DID/OSDD to express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment, to foster a sense of community and understanding among participants, allowing us to support and learn from one another, to share coping strategies, resources, and techniques that have been successful in managing DID/OSDD, and empowering and motivating each other through shared experiences and personal growth.
