Hi all, how familiar are you with CEN, Childhood Emotional Neglect?
It is the destroyer of relationships as an adult. I would love to chat with anyone who has this and is on a journey like me to make life better. I have overcome a lifelong addiction and now I deal with the consequences.

very interesting i believe my spouse may have had something like this he had a very unemotional or supportive childhood and has had addiction issues and then he was never very good at emotion with our kids and they notice ..... it is hard to connect to someone who seemingly has no ability to connect on an emotional level.
