Well..I got sexually abused by my father and I've been so scared to even look into his eyes. I am scared to tell my mom because I really don't want my family to fall apart and I have a fear that it might happen again...

@reliablePlace4345 I hear you. It's normal to be scared of the future, it's normal to feel lost, alone, overwhelmed. You've been hurt by the person who should love and protect you and you're afraid of the future.
But your past doesn't have to define your future. Your safety is your first priority, and it should be your family's priority too. You don't have to be afraid of tearing your family apart: your father has already done that, the fault is entirely his, he's to be blamed for abusing you and you shouldn't be blamed for protecting yourself.
You have already suffered, you shouldn't pay an even higher price by suffering again. If your mother loves and cares for you, she will prioritize your well-being. You're also protecting her: if your father can go so far as to abuse you, who can tell he's not going to be abusive towards your mother too?
Whatever you do, remember that you are worth all the love, support and care in the world. Don't be afraid to seek support, from your mother, from your friend, from a therapist, from whoever can play a role in your safety and well-being. You don't have to be alone in this.
