Confused about ESA Letters (RealESALetter.com?) – looking for advice/experiences

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to understand how ESA letters work and honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the info out there.

I’ve seen a lot of different websites offering letters, and it’s hard to tell what’s legit and what isn’t. I recently came across something called RealESALetter.com while researching, but I’m still unsure what to look for when choosing a provider.

For those of you who’ve gone through the process:

  • How did you make sure your ESA letter was valid?
  • Did you go through your own therapist or use an online service?
  • Any red flags I should watch out for?

Just trying to do this the right way and avoid scams or issues later. Would really appreciate hearing your experiences.

Thanks in advance 🙏

I hope you get the answers and the support here that you need, I personally have never had to send these letters, but I hope others do reach out, good luck with it all 🩷🤗

We can't offer legal advice here, and since 7 cups has people from around the world what's applicable one place may not be somewhere else.

I know here, a letter from a medical professional is sufficient but it's also very limited in scope as to the purpose.

So it's best to look into ESA information that's local to you and possibly connect with others in your area for recommendations before deciding on the best steps for your situation.
