Frustrating
A tangled ball of yarn
The only way out is giving your self the love and care you need. Take each memory as it is. Talk it out. Journal. Music. Remember it’s not your fault. You are loved. You are not alone. And you matter ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hello,
There's a book which helped me a lot with my CPTSD journey, it's called "Complex PTSD - From Surviving to Thriving" by Pete Walker. It has a lot of helpful tools and helps you understand all about the CPTSD. I recommend you read it.
Hello,
Nice that you are here. Do you have any specific question concerning cptsd?
One thing is to understand that there is very often a strong critical voice which came up with the trauma. Another part is to see what the trauma left with you, the hurt. So that it comes to handle and get along with it. Understanding oneself. Another part is reparenting themselves. Giving oneself what was not given when it was needed.
