Dreams

Ill go days and then weeks without having the dreams and then out of nowhere theyre all like "oh did yiu miss me im backk" and thats what happened last night. The dreams came back and I had horrible sleep. Like really bad sleep and my sleep meds didnt help at all either.

@brenbird   I can relate to this.  I wish I knew what to do about it.  I have found that on days where I write about a trauma I'm trying to process and I cry, sometimes I don't have nightmares that night.  But that in and of itself is exhausting.

So many times I need to cry, but I physically cannot. I wish I wasnt still scared to see him in public especially since its been months since that happeneds

@brenbird  Sometimes I'm not able to cry either.  Other times it happens and I cannot control it.


I'm not sure what your situation is with this person, but maybe you can make a plan for what you will do if you see him?  Having a plan can sometimes help to alleviate stress about a situation.

Your message made me realize something that on the nights that I do have for the bedrooms or at least trauma related dreams I have a sucky day
