I'm new here, having an absolute terrible day... I don't even know who I am anymore after years of trauma and being young and "okay" with things I wasn't but had no communication towards it. Years later I am a wife and mother and I'm so lost. I need to relax & reset.

Help... I guess... idk anymore🌧

🥺

I'm so sorry your day was so bad.

And you feel heavy.

And that youve suffered and experienced so much.

It's not your fault 💚

Hey 🤍🌧️ I’m really glad you found your way here, even on such a rough day. I can hear how heavy and disorienting this feels.

What you’re describing, losing your sense of who you are after years of trauma and having to be “okay” when you weren’t—is so real. When you spend a long time surviving instead of being able to speak up or process things, it can blur your identity. Then suddenly you’re in big roles like wife and mother, and it hits you like: wait… where am I in all of this? That doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. It means you adapted to survive.

Feeling lost right now doesn’t erase who you are it just means you haven’t been given the space to meet yourself gently yet. And the fact that you’re aware of it, that you’re asking for help and saying you need to relax and reset, tells me there’s still a strong, intuitive part of you trying to care for yourself.

You don’t have to figure everything out today. A reset doesn’t have to be dramatic or perfect. Sometimes it’s just a pause. A breath. A moment where you’re not fixing or performing or holding it all together. Even being here and naming “I’m not okay” is a small reset.

You’re not broken. You’re not failing at life. You’re a human who carried too much for too long, and now your body and heart are asking for softness. I’m here with you, and you don’t have to make sense of everything right now. One breath, one moment at a time 🤍✨
