I cant tell if my parents are abusive or just strict

hi I’m 13 and my parents have always seemed pretty strict but i was homeschooled and now that I’m not I’m wondering if my parents were actually strict.

 my mom calls me and my siblings names like stupid or dumb

they yell at us for little mistakes

they threaten to take our stuff.

there has been nothing physical and they do some things that are more strict parent then abusive like time limits on our phones, no social media, no going over to friends houses unless my mom has met my friends parents, no sleepovers. and because of the strict parent things they do i want to know, strict or emotional abuse.
