trigger warning - abuse, captivity.......ive been finding it hard to deal with my trauma lately, and after a recent attempt I'm trying very hard to get to a stable place again. But I'm struggling to open up, it's so hard to ask for help when you need it the most🙁 but a friend told me to just say it even if it doesn't make sense to other people, so here I go
Cults are bad, people can be evil 😥 did you know there's still millions of slaves in the world today i can't remember the number but it's really shocking. Cage, not allowed to wear clothes, no bed, not allowed to eat human food electric shock collers, whips, sex multiple times a day from the age of 4, beatings, burns, knives, chains, fear, constant fear constant pain. Ok this is the most I've opened up in a while so I'm gonna shut up now

(Firstly I’m really sorry I’ve been quiet. Ive been really busy as a close family member has just been diagnosed with cancer and life has just been hectic).
I’m trying to think of words to comfort you and hope you feel better but I’m just useless when it comes to words 😔… I’m so sorry I just can’t imagine how terrorising that would be. You’re a warrior Lola. You’re so loved ❤️. You’re an inspiration 🌟 and have most beautiful soul. Thank you so much for sharing. I hope you feel the courage to keep telling your story and I hope it’s that little bit lighter every time.
