Low worth
One of the hardest parts for me of living with trauma is the lingering feelings & fears of worthlessness. No matter how much I talk through my internal pain, I still feel like I’m a completely broken person. I feel like most people who know me don’t like me or would have something negative to say about me. All I want is to heal and accept myself. And not feel like the abuse, hurt, and rejection I’ve been through is a reflection of me. Or caused by me.

I can empathize with what you have written ...... it seems universal that people are all seeking validation from the outside and worry about if others really like them etc.... I find for me even my best friends sometimes i am not in sync with ... maybe i do not like them for a short time and take a break. That is OK I think it takes a bit of maturity to see friendship is NOT 100% all the time ...we have differences and opinions.
what do you like about YOU...are you your own best friend with the real you
the more you like yourself it shows and others are drawn to that.... over thinking or changing yourself to fit a mold of what we assume others want ........just IMO creates a bunch of fake friendships doomed to fail

If you were a completely broken person you would have no motivation to speak on this forum. If you were completely broken, you wouldn't be able to question yourself, or realize the rights and wrong of situations. Dang it you wouldn't want to heal
Yea I've been emotionally damaged by basically every single person in my life at some point or another, but it was because they didn't understand how I feel, didn't care, or thought they did. People don't know you if they treat you without a judge of character. You should try to distance yourself from these people. If they're friends or associates, just cut contract. If a family member, try your best to disassociate yourself from them. Whether through an old gift they gave you, or even the person themselves. Only sacrifice yourself for someone and confide to them if they have done it before, but not in a way that makes you selfish
I want you to know, and to believe, that you are not a product of your environment. The only way you are is through the understanding of situations and problems in your environment. As long as you stay to your moral code and values, you won't become a reflection of dat. If you are able to stay by dat, you will able to do wat u want to do and be able to heal by doing wat makes you happy. We all have demons that try to bring us down but it's only a challenge for us to see if we will live out wat we want, and the eventual realization of wat we need, in life.
I know this may sound goofy but this is all that I need to say. Everything will turn out good in the end!! Much love to you and I hope all well get better in soon time 😊😇😇
