Me...Emotionally deprived child
Hello guys! My parents have no idea how emotionally ignorent they are. Since my childhood, I have never been emotionally supported. Whenever my school mate bully me they just said ignore what they are saying. They used to say very hurtful things to me. Even my mother taunted me for life. Now she is wondering why I don't have any confidence in me. After making me feel worthless my whole life. I did not had self-worth before. My parents are forcing me to get married. Either find yourself some one or we will get you married. They have given me food and shelter but my self worth is so messed up.

I know exactly where you're coming from. Because I didn't get the love and support I needed by my parental figures as a child, I settled for way more than I deserve, I'm a people pleaser, I have no confidence in myself or any self esteem. I am having a very hard time right now trying to heal from my relationship with my former fiance. He was a narcissist. Now I have double the trauma to recover.
