Well you're reaching out for help here on 7 cups which is a great start! I certainly have had my struggles over the last few years but I have to say the best thing I did was get help. I started therapy and it's made a huge difference. Maybe something for you to consider it's not a weakness to ask for help it's a strength. Don't let anybody tell you different. You deserve the best this life has to offer.
