Hey there! My name's Frankie. I just joined because my CPTSD is getting worse, and I'm having a hard time coping rn. My husband recently got diagnosed with serious illness. It's a lot to process, especially since it's also triggering my past trauma. I'm getting a lot of flashbacks of losing my mom. I'm already in trauma therapy. I'm just looking for other forms of support through this really rough time.

@courageousShade1676. Both are really hard things to cope with…. going through a serous illness with your husband and the loss of your mother. It’s good that you reached out for support here during this difficult time.
