Not “Christmassy”
Honestly Christmas is a very tough time for me. I am not close to my conservative parents, and as someone dabbling in various aspects of Satanism, namely Luciferianism, I just find it all overwhelming. It also saddens me that so many people see this time of year in specifically a Christian context, when it really should be accepting of all faiths and various holidays.

This time of year can be overwhelming for lots of people. Given that you’re not close to your parents, I can see how that would make it more difficult. You also make a great point. In my community, I feel it embraces all faiths and cultures. Everyone makes it their own. But, given your family situation, I see how it would be tough to feel that Christmassy. I’m sorry you hadn’t had a great experience with Christmas. 💜
