Open Group Chats for Trauma Survivors (Adults) - Sundays 3 pm ET

An Open Group Chat for Adults who have experienced Trauma of any kind will take place every Sunday at 3 PM ET, in the Trauma Support Room. It will be hosted by HealingTalk (me 😀).

These chats won't be structured along pre-determined topics but will allow the participants to speak freely about any concerns they might have or anything they want to share at the moment.

Our purpose is to provide a safe and friendly environment for people to express their thoughts and feelings, to support and learn from each another, and to share coping strategies, resources, and techniques that have worked for them.

The Trauma Support Room will remain open after the session.
