I started with ptsd. When they predict CPTSD it is a nightmare. I feel like trauma is a toolbox for some people and it’s so sad knowing you’re in a repeat but that the triggering apparently is more of an addiction to some than any drug. Why don’t people look out for each other anymore?

Yes I really do, I haven’t been diagnosed with ptsd but everyone thinks I have it. I have complicated trauma from social life w autism to being followed by a man when I was around 11-13, touched inappropriately by a friend, hospitalised for 10days w pneumonia, falling down the stairs and having agony for months, etc. it’s so tiring cuz you never get a break
