Someone Gaslighted Me Yesterday…
It messed me up.
They told me to do something, then got upset because I was doing that thing.
I cried twice afterward.
I refuse to ever see that person again.
Is it a sign of growth that I cried and got angry and refused to let them hurt me again…
Or a sign of my mental and anger issues that I reacted that way?

Yeah, I was really upset that day but I’m ok now. Just very determined not to let anyone hurt me ever again…
