I feel like I can't breathe today I feel like I'm nobody I feel like I'm sitting at the dining room table by myself but when really my entire family is there I feel like more alone than usual I feel like no one's there I'm trying my best to exist I'm trying my best to exist in this world I just can't exist I'm trying my best to exist for the people in my life so don't want them to go through the struggle not existing I feel numb I have no feelings towards sad things or anything or happy things I haven't felt happiness in a while the one person that actually made me laugh stop talking to me cuz he felt like I was boring and I guess I am boring but I never told him the reason why I'm so numb why I'm so dead inside I focused everything on him mainly and now he's gone not physically gone he just doesn't want to talk to me I feel like I'm inhaling and inhaling and inhaling for everybody and when I breathe it doesn't even feel like breathing it feels like I'm talking to myself which I am in a room I used to talk to myself in a mirror when I was a little kid acting like my own therapist saying that it gets better but I don't believe it gets better

Hey… I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way right now. I want you to know that what you're feeling is real, and it matters. You're not invisible, even if it feels like you are. You're not too much, and you're not too little either. You're trying so hardend I see that. Even if no one else around you seems to notice, even if you're sitting at a table full of people and still feel completely alone, you are not alone in this world. The numbness you’re describing, the constant fight just to "exist" that’s not boring. That’s exhaustion. That’s someone who's been carrying way too much for way too long without enough love or safety in return. That’s not your fault. And the way you focused on someone because they made you laugh it shows how deeply you crave connection, how deeply you feel, even if those feelings are buried under layers of pain right now. You deserve to feel seen. You deserve joy, even if you don’t believe in it right now. Sometimes life stops feeling like anything at all. But that doesn’t mean it won’t shift. I’m not going to lie to you and say "everything gets better right away," but I am going to tell you: you're still here and that means something. That means hope is still alive, even if it's small and quiet right now. I know it’s hard to believe, but you won’t feel like this forever. Emotions are not fixed. This isn’t the end of your story. Not even close. Please don’t carry this alone. You don’t have to. Whether it’s a counselor, a crisis line, a friend, or just this message it counts. You count. If all you do today is breathe, that’s okay. That’s enough and just in case you need to hear it from someone I’m proud of you. For still being here. For still trying. For holding on. Keep holding on. You are not boring. You are not nothing. You are not alone. ❤️
If you ever feel like you’re in danger or you need someone right away, please reach out to a mental health professional or a crisis helpline near you. You’re worth that help.
