Dear one inter child so many of us have enter child is still hurting due to trauma when we was young. Please do not blame them or threaten them. All they want is to be loved to be told they cared about. They be lost stuck a lot of times in the past. But we can help them feel safe. As we can show them the love care they never got we can support them emotionally. To give them what we lacked as a child. To build them up even if we as a child was tore down emotionally. You have the power to help the child within to start healing to start growing emotionally they do not have to stay the scared hurt child within. They can be given the things we never had when young.

They not alone any more not in a cell they was put in. . We can show them what they need. Even hold them and allow them to cry. Let them know them awful things were not their fault. They did not deserve them at all. You can parent them within. They can heal they can feel love still. They can be supported now even as you can be supported and heal. The child within is part of you the part that stuck within the things of your childhood. The child within still believes the lies they told to this child. They still believe they deserved what happened to them. But you can tell them the truth. You can free them from the cell they was put in.

please be kind to the child within as they need love understanding compassion and truth. Show them what was lacking within the childhood you had. They want to be accepted, loved, cared for and held. Told everything going to be ok they safe now. Them who hurt them can not hurt them anymore.

Love and caring should be given to them too.
