past trauma
I am having a case of past trauma somone is bringing up the past I just can't say but evertime I here about the past I get flashbacks of my past and it keeps playing over and over and get traumatized by it can someone please help me

Thank you it's my landlord secrets it's funny to accuse me of things that I didn't do bring up my past and passed incidents I just want to well you know because of all the stuff I have to go through I can't handle it anymore and no matter how much I tried to get a listener to listen to me they won't I'm just having more problems every year that goes by and it's not making anything easier for me I can't do it anymore I want to give up

It's nice to hear back from you, and I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with your landlord. The fact they are your landlord also must make it hard to avoid them as well; I'm sorry to hear they are accusing you of things you didn't do. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having troubles with listeners too; some listeners on this site are not as professional as they should be, and you deserve better. It sounds like you have other growing problems than your landlord as well; I get why you want to give up--you've had a lot happen to you and it's overwhelming. Things can get better though, and I am hoping for the best for you.
My family treated me this way to and I am on the state I can't do it no more my landlord is my rep payee I can't go on living single no more I can't talk to a therapist there is no one that I can count on to help and all I get is blamed for stuff that I didn't do I get walked all over taken advantage of by people who are supposed to be my friends I can't handle life no more
