Dear diary

Today I planned an escape route again... this time because I heard an ambulance outside and thought about my husband being harmed at work and how I could make it to the hospital without a car. I hate the thought of him being alone and me stranded at home.... this made up panic lasted for about 15 mins. I hate my mind running away from me like that. I just had to remember that he was fine and everything is fine. Just a normal day...
