I'm traumatized. Tell me if this counts as masturbation

I noticed that there were loose skins hanging close to my clit. So I wanted to know what it was about. I also touched my clit and got aroused. It lasted for about 10-20 seconds. I have never wanted to masturbate and I didn't want in that situation either. I feel awful now. My mind keeps telling me "yes it was masturbation because you were aroused and still kept doing it." But at the time I didn't completely realise what I was doing.

So what do you think? Was it masturbation?

(I understand that many people masturbate but for me it's not something I ever want to do.)

@intellectualMoon8114 I would call that stimming. You can easily look it up to find more information, for example here: Stimming But that article goes on to say a lot about dealing with problem stimming that interferes with your life, and none of that applies to you.
