When some snaps or does things hardly when I did something they did not like it gets me I. To panic mode. Always thinks I am trouble when some tries to say and I get sense I am in trouble when I am not. When it’s handled It in calm I can handle it,

one thing I do not get why. People snap or doing it in harsh way when they know how it does to me. I just wish  people would stop and doing it way that easier for me.

@Reachforthestars00 Hello Reach, very often it's early influences that shape how we react to situations now. If your tendency is instantly to panic when someone snaps or speaks harshly, it helps to remember that it may well be a very old response that you're still running on. So, when people snap at us, it helps to ask ourselves "why am I feeling that I've done something wrong? What evidence is there for that?"  Also - much too often - people snap for no valid reason; they don't even know themselves why they do it. That's on them. We can ask them to stop, or we can take a step back and reframe our responses, to calm our own internal nervous system. I've linked below to the Managing emotions guide which looks at how to do this in more detail.
