I was kidnapped by someone I trusted

When I was about 7 years old, I was kidnapped by a woman who was good friends with my dad. I had no idea I was being taken because I trusted her, she was honestly like an aunt to me. I was sick the morning it happened but my dad told me I still had to walk and go to school (it was only a couple blocks away) when she pulled up next to me and asked if I needed a ride. I didnt want to walk so I went ahead and got in her car. She went right past my school and thats when I started feeling uneasy. My dad taught me about stranger danger but she wasnt a stranger and I had no idea what was happening. I remember ,when I asked her where we were going she just said her house and that she forgot something and she just needed to get it real quick but needed my help. When we got to her house she lead me to her shed in the backyard. She molested, beat and then locked me her shed for 3 days. I live in the south and it was in the dead middle of summer and it was incredibly hot and full of mosquitoes. The only reason I wasnt there longer was because my aunt was visiting the woman and found my backpack in the top of her closet. I had to be taken to the hospital for severe dehydration, a broken nose and 3 bruised ribs. Now, Im almost 23, and while Im doing better, I still panic attacks when I get too hot and have crippling claustrophobia. I used to have a problem getting close to people and building relationships but now I have an amazing boyfriend who Ive been dating for 5 years.
