Hi Jessamy. That sounds like youre in an incredibly difficult place right now. I wonder if youve been able to acess any help from crisis centres? I guess it depends what country youre in, but there are lots of voluntary organisations that will support people who have been subjected to sexual violence.
Please dont be alone with your thoughts. Its so great that youve reached out on here. We have a thriving community, sadly with many people who have experienced the type of situation you refer to. We have a daily check in where you can receive support from other members, group support, again a supportive environment, and there are opportunities to have one to one conversations with volunteers who can offer a compassionate ear. Thats all for free. You can also access professional therapy through this site, for a fee.
That probably sounds an overwhelming choice at the moment, but keep reaching out, please keep talking (although do be sensitive to other members triggers, and try not to be too explicit in what you write publically).
